In the business for the Art of it, POP Gallery was established in January 2007. Representing POP Art in numerous media with an esteemed focus on POP Modernism, Illustration Art, Animation, Photography & Sculpture.
Where We Are:
Santa Fe, the second largest art hub in the US is continually refreshed by the emerging and established POP, Modern & Contemporary artists represented at POP Gallery--the cities only POP ART Gallery. Nestled across from the historic Coyote Café on Water Street the gallery hosts an environment unique to the city with vibrant color and a European salon atmosphere thus embracing locals and tourists alike. Our expertise assures you of a quality in the moment experience.
Who We Are:
Owners & curators Michael McDowell & Sharla Throckmorton-McDowell bring over 20 years of diverse high end fine art experience to the gallery which serves private and corporate collections throughout the world. Versed in fine art from POP Surreal, Contemporary, Modern & Western genres from US and International markets we offer a seasoned approach to your art experience. We've been here...we'll be here.

What Your Charitable Giving Benefits:
As Santa Feans we recognize the importance of the arts and charity in our community. We partner with local literacy organizations, charities/events such as Assistance Dogs of The West, The Santa Fe Childrens Museum, Project 236, Read Across America, NM-NEA, Gerards House, Under Dog Rescue, The Adaptive Ski Program, Buckaroo Ball, Meds and Food for Kids, Bienvenidos, Southwest C.A.R.E. Center and Aid & Comfort Gala among others. A portion of every sale at POP Gallery goes directly back into our community through charitable donations.

Artist Submission Policy:
POP Gallery will be accepting online submissions for the following shows beginning in January 2010: Please send an inquiry email with your Bio/and link to website with current work/ and or a small sampling of current work (under 2 MB). Approved inquiries will be sent submission guidelines.

if your art is in line with our vision both in content and artistry we'd be interested to see what you are working on that may surprise us.
Though we are generally booked at least one year in advance, we are happy to receive your submissions and view your work online. High resolution images, printed matter & CDs are all welcome. Please send return envelopes with anything coming via snail mail and definitely give us time to have a look. No calls or drop ins-Please and thank you. We're really excited to see what you do!
We seek partnerships with the artists we repesent and operate under a year round model with our top tier artists.
-We only consider current bodies of work
-We request exclusive representation
in NM.
-We offer a competitive industry standard consignment arrangement.
-We require web/internet cross promotion.
