| Contemporary “It’s cheaper than therapy.” If you were to stop me on the street and ask me why I create art this is what I’d tell you. Who am I? I was that kid in class who was always drawing pictures in the corners of his text books, who was asked to make the sports banners for the Friday night football games, and who made a buck or two every now again drawing “fake” tattoos on guys’ arms. As I recall, I was in 4th Grade when Star Wars came out and for a quarter I’d draw a picture of R2D2, Jawas, Darth Vader, Chewbacca, a TIE Fighter, or an X-Wing.
